City Council Present: Mayor Pro Tern Dennis Maloney Councilmember Kyle Brown Councilmember J. Caleb Dickinson Councilmember Deb Fahey Councilmember Chris Leh Councilmember Maxine Most Absent: Mayor Ashley Stolzmann Staff Present: Jeff Durbin, City Manager Meredyth Muth, City Clerk City Manager Durbin gave an update on fire recovery. • Staff is beginning discussions today on the after action reviewing the 911 system. • Last night Boulder County held a meeting on debris removal and air quality. Many people were unhappy on the lack of air quality information. Councilmember Fahey stated the analysis will take a while. • Communications on water going out today, staff is communicating directly with those property owners still without water. • Planning/Building will be having meetings next week for impacted property owners who have opted out of the coordinated County removal process. They will allow more time for questions than the last meeting. • The Marshall Fire subpage on the Building Division website has some new zoning sheets specific to each impacted neighborhood. • Finance is working on utility billing and is working with Republic to confirm removal of destroyed properties from their service list. • Public Works is focused on water testing and getting mains back on line; they are continuing damage assessment review as well. • A tackifier decision was made to use a nontoxic hydromulch solution, but no schedule has been set yet so as to allow more time for sifting.
