<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />AUGUST 15, 1978 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:38P.M. with the following <br />Council members present: DiCarlo, Meier, Caranci, Kilker and DelPizzo. <br />Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City <br />Engineer Jicinsky, Community Development Director Drumm and City Clerk <br />Stahl. Absent: City Treasurer Hesson. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />RESOLUTION NO. 29 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 30 <br />CARANCI SPECIAL USE REVIEW <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25 <br />THOMAS SPECIAL USE REVIEW <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />minutes of the August 1, 1978 meeting as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that enclosurers <br />be accepted and brought up under the pro- <br />per head of business. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read Resolution No. 29, Series <br />1978, commending the late Councilman <br />DiLorenzo for her unselfish services <br />during her term on Council. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Resolution <br />No. 29, Series 1978, be adopted. Seconded <br />by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />City Attorney Joss read the Resolution <br />stating that it was recommended by the <br />Planning Commission that the request be <br />approved. <br />Councilman Kilker moved that Resolution <br />No. 30, Series 1978 be adopted. Seconded <br />by Councilman Meier. <br />Councilman DelPizzo asked if this was set <br />far enough back from the street. <br />Mr. Drumm stated that the request meets all <br />requirements set by the City. <br />After comments, roll call vote was taken. <br />DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes, Caranci yes, <br />Meier yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read Resolution No. 25, <br />Series 1978 stating that it was recommended <br />by the Planning Commission that the request <br />be approved. <br />Councilman Meier moved that Resolution No. <br />25, Series 1978, be adopted. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. <br />
