REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL AUGUST 15, 1978 Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:38P.M. with the following Council members present: DiCarlo, Meier, Caranci, Kilker and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Engineer Jicinsky, Community Development Director Drumm and City Clerk Stahl. Absent: City Treasurer Hesson. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES ENCLOSURERS COUNCIL ITEMS RESOLUTION NO. 29 RESOLUTION NO. 30 CARANCI SPECIAL USE REVIEW RESOLUTION NO. 25 THOMAS SPECIAL USE REVIEW Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes of the August 1, 1978 meeting as presented. Councilman DiCarlo moved that enclosurers be accepted and brought up under the pro- per head of business. Mr. Wurl read Resolution No. 29, Series 1978, commending the late Councilman DiLorenzo for her unselfish services during her term on Council. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Resolution No. 29, Series 1978, be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. City Attorney Joss read the Resolution stating that it was recommended by the Planning Commission that the request be approved. Councilman Kilker moved that Resolution No. 30, Series 1978 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Councilman DelPizzo asked if this was set far enough back from the street. Mr. Drumm stated that the request meets all requirements set by the City. After comments, roll call vote was taken. DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes, Caranci yes, Meier yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. Attorney Joss read Resolution No. 25, Series 1978 stating that it was recommended by the Planning Commission that the request be approved. Councilman Meier moved that Resolution No. 25, Series 1978, be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo.
