<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />JULY 16, 1974 <br /> <br />Mayor Pro-tern Berry informed the audience that the Sproul discussion <br />had been tabled until the tenative date of August 20, 1974. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro-tern Berry called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the <br />following Council members present: Berry, Scholl, Dhieux, and DiCarlo. <br />Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Morris, City <br />Treasurer Hesson, and City Clerk Santilli. Absent: Mayor Waschak, <br />Councilman DelPizzo and Domenico. <br /> <br />ACCEPTM~CE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the minutes <br />be approved as read. Seconded by Council- <br />woman Dhieux. Motion carried. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />Councilwoman Dhieux moved that the corres- <br />pondence be accepted and brought up under <br />the proper heading. Seconded by Council- <br />man DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />GENERAL POLICY STATEMENT <br /> <br />Councilwoman Dhieux moved that the General <br />Policy be adopted as rewritten by the com- <br />mittee with the correction of one word. <br />Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />LURA CONTRACT <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that the contract relates <br />to the performance and work that Steve <br />Ferris is doing for LURA. Councilwoman <br />Scholl moved that the City Clerk and Mayor <br />be authorized to sign the agreement bet- <br />ween LURA and the City. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />PARK & REC APPOINIMENTS <br /> <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved that Ricky Pickett <br />and Keith Helart serve on the Parks & Rec <br />Committee for a period of two years. There <br />was no second on the motion. Councilman <br />DiCarlo suggested that the appointments <br />be tabled until all three names for the <br />vacancies are filled. Seconded by Council- <br />woman Dhieux. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read the letter from the Colorado <br />Parks Division. He stated that the City <br />had formerly developed a Trail Plan which <br />was sent to the state for review to see if <br />it could be included on the state trails. This <br />has been accomplished. <br />Parks & Rec has met with consultants as to <br />get an idea as what the cost will be to <br />come up with a plan. <br />
