<br />.EGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />JULY 3, 1973 <br /> <br />Meeting was called to order by Mayor Protem King at 7:30 p.m. with Councilmen <br />Deborski, Jensen, Donovan, Councilwoman Scholl and Domenico present. Also <br />present were City Administrator \\JurI, City Clerk McNulty and City Treasurer <br />Hesson. Absent - City Attorney Morris. <br /> <br />\CCEPTANCE OF MIN- <br />ITES <br /> <br />Councilman Donovan moved that the minutes be accepted as <br />presented. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. All in favor. <br />Motion carriE~d. <br /> <br />:ORRESPONDENCE: <br /> <br />Additional correspondence not in folders. <br />Proposed agreement with First Federal Savings <br />Information on Coal Creek project <br />Schedule and estimate on Water Improvements <br />Schedule and estimate on Street Improvements - overlay <br />Senate Bill #360 relating to appointment of Commissioners <br />for Housing Authority <br />Councilman Donovan moved that correspondence be accepted <br />and brought up under proper heading of business. Seconded <br />by Councilman Deborski. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Varra Property - no report <br />B. Dye Estimate - Councilman Donovan moved that the <br />Dye Estimate in the amount of $29,565.67 be accepted <br />for payment. Seconded by Councilman Deoborski. Roll <br />call vote - Deborski yes, Jensen yes, Donovan yes, <br />Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. <br />C. Penner Estimate - Councilman Donovan moved that the <br />Penner Estimate in the amount of $85,587.00 be accepted <br />for payment. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. <br />Question was asked when is Penner's completion date? <br />Mr. Wurl to check on completion date for both Penner <br />and Dye. Roll call vote Deborski yes, Jensen yes, <br />Donovan yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. <br />D. Fleming Estimate - Councilman Deborski moved that <br />Fleming estimate in the amount of $5,749.57 for 84% <br />completion on the rest-rooms and storage building <br />at Miners Field be accepted for payment. Seconded <br />by Councilman Donovan. <br />Question by Councilman Domenico - when will it be <br />completed? Chairman Keith Helart reported within <br />two weeks. Mayor Protem King inquired who would <br />accept the building. It was decided it would be <br />City Engineer White. Roll call vote Deborski yes, <br />Jensen - abstained, Donovan yes, Scholl yes, Domenico <br />yes. Motion carried. <br />E. Van Buskirk Request ., 80 acres across hiway 42 and <br />Louisville Cemetery. Company proposes to divide the <br />property into 32 - 2% acre lots. Request the city to <br />provide water for such an undertaking and seek County <br />approval for septic systems. Requesting 32 water <br />taps - $1,800 tap fee and they would have to construct <br />the lines. <br />
