<br />LOUISVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />STAFF REPORT <br />February 25, 2010 <br />ITEM:Case #09-012-ZN <br />A.Review of a request for initial zoning of 80 acres that is subject to an <br />annexation requestto the City of Louisville,located in the N1/2 of the SE1/4 <br />th <br />of Section 20, T1S, R69W, 6P.M., immediately adjacent to and west of S. <br />th <br />96Street, and south of Paradise Lane Subdivision (unincorporated). The <br />80 acres of unincorporated property is currently zoned Boulder County <br />Agriculture. The requested initial zoning of the 80acrepropertyisPlanned <br />Community Zoned District –Commercial (PCZD-C).A separate application <br />for annexation of this property is under consideration by City Council. <br />B.Review of a request for rezoning of a310 acreproperty from Industrial <br />and Agriculture Zoning to Planned Community Zoned District –Commercial <br />(PCZD-C).
