The <br />80 acres of unincorporated property is currently zoned Boulder County <br />Agriculture. The requested initial zoning of the 80acrepropertyisPlanned <br />Community Zoned District –Commercial (PCZD-C).A separate application <br />for annexation of this property is under consideration by City Council. <br />B.Review of a request for rezoning of a310 acreproperty from Industrial <br />and Agriculture Zoning to Planned Community Zoned District –Commercial <br />(PCZD-C).
