RESOLUTION NO. 12 SERIES 2010 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAT AND PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE 390.013 -ACRE CONOCOPHILLIPS CAMPUS WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an application for approval of a preliminary subdivision plat and a preliminary planned unit development (PUD) development plan for the proposed C'onocoPhillips Campus development on a 390.013 -acre parcel of land located in the southeastern corner of Louisville; and WHEREAS, all materials related to the proposed preliminary subdivision plat and preliminary development plan have been reviewed by City Staff and the Louisville Planning Commission and found with conditions to be in compliance with City of Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Louisville Planning Commission has held a properly noticed public hearing on the proposed preliminary subdivision plat and preliminary development plan, and has forwarded to the City Council a recommendation of approval, with conditions, and the City Council has duly considered the Planning Commission's recommendation; and WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly noticed public hearing on the proposed preliminary subdivision plat and preliminary development plan zoning commencing on March 16, 2010, at which evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including without limitation the findings in the City Council staff report and other documents as listed in such report; and WHEREAS, based on the evidence and testimony in the record, the City Council finds the proposed preliminary subdivision plat and preliminary development plan, subject to conditions, comply with Louisville subdivision and zoning regulations and policies, the principles and policies of the 2009 Citywide Comprehensive Plan, and the criteria, requirements and provisions of applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code, and that the proposed preliminary subdivision plat and preliminary PUD developrnent plan for the ConocoPhillips Campus should be approved with conditions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. The City Council does hereby approve the proposed preliminary subdivision plat and preliminary PUD developrnent plan for the ConocoPhillips Campus, subject to the following conditions: 1.
