<br /> <br />Open Space Advisory Board <br /> <br />Meeting Minutes <br />October 11, 2006 <br />Louisville Public Library Conference Room <br />7:00 PM <br /> <br />Call to Order -The meeting was called to order at 7:05 pm. <br /> <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br /> <br />Board Members Present: John Carron, David Waldman, Kate LeMere, <br />Tom Davinroy, Bret Harper, Michael Gheleta <br /> <br />Board Members Absent: Ted Kowalski <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Jeff Moline <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda - unanimously approved, Board Updates moved to <br />precede Staff Updates. <br /> <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes - Approval of September meeting minutes was <br />postponed until November. <br /> <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda - N/A <br /> <br />Motions Passed: <br />1) Michael Gheleta moved that OSAB provide comments to Lafayette <br />regarding Indian Peaks filing #17 reiterating the Board's desire to create <br />and maintain where possible open space buffer lands between <br />neighboring communities, unless neighboring communities decide to <br />develop lands up to the city border, in which case the Board would drop its <br />objective of creating such a buffer in that area and focus its budget <br />elsewhere. David Waldman seconded, motion passed unanimously. <br />2) John Carron moved to approve the OSAB "Letter of Thanks" (as <br />amended) to citizens who removed Open Space encroachments.
