<br /> <br />City Council <br />Business Retention & <br />Development Committee <br />Meeting Minutes <br />November 6, 2006 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />8:00 AM <br /> <br />Call to Order - Chairperson Don Brown called the meeting to order at 8:00 AM. <br /> <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br /> <br />Committee Members: Don Brown <br />Eugene Caranci <br />Hank Dalton <br />Arlin Lehman <br />Ron Sackett <br />Frost Yarnell <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />Staff Present: Becky Hogan, Edge Consulting Services <br />Bill Simmons, City Manager <br />Meredyth Muth, Community Facilitator <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />REVIEW UPDATED DRAFT OF BUSINESS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM PLAN <br /> <br />Hogan went over the highlights of the program and members discussed what <br />additional incentives should be included in the program.
