THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />MAY 3, 1990 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in a Special <br />Session in the Council Chamber, 749 Main Street, Louisville, <br />Colorado. Mayor Herman Fauson called the meeting to order at <br />5:30 p.m. and the following persons were present: <br />Council Members: <br />Staff Present: <br />Also Present: <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />NONE <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />Kevin Howard, Marie Szymanski, <br />Margaret Hornbostel, Tom Davidson. <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Acting City <br />Administrator <br />Tom Phare, Dir. of Public Works <br />Donna Cummings, City Clerk <br />Pat Williams, City Attorney <br />Davidson moved and Hornbostel <br />seconded to approval the agenda. <br />Motion passed. <br />AVISTA HOSPITAL WATER LIME RECOVERY <br />Williams stated with talking to <br />Councilman Davidson he would like <br />to make a motion regarding this <br />issue. I will attempt to do that <br />for him. Motion is for the city to <br />go ahead and disconnect from the <br />Avista Hospital water line and to <br />begin the plans and take the <br />necessary steps to hook up <br />ourselves tv our own water lines, <br />however, we will extend to Avista <br />Hospital the opportunity to allow <br />us to remain hooked up to their <br />water line at the cost that we <br />would incur with disconnecting and <br />then reconnecting up to our own <br />lines. <br />Davidson so moved and Howard <br />1 <br />
