SEPTEMBER 27, 1993 <br /> <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br /> REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in a regular session <br />in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. <br />Mayor Tom Davidson called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. and the <br />following persons were present. <br /> <br />City Council: <br /> <br />Margaret Hornbostel, Kevin Howard, <br />Rob Lathrop (7:18 p.m.), Tom Mayer, <br />Chuck Sisk, Larry Hedding <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Annette Brand, City Administrator <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Dir. Finance <br />Nelda Mohr, Dir. Library <br />Tom Phare, Dir. Public Works <br />Bruce Goodman, Police Chief <br />Chris Miller, Asst. to the City Adm. <br />Bill Blankenship, Human Res. Officer <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Maj-Lis Kemper, City Clerk (excused) <br />Bill Hesson, City Treasurer(excused) <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson called for any changes to the Agenda, <br />deleting Staffing at Library: Library Board <br />Library Director. <br /> <br /> as amended, by <br />and Nelda Mohr, <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council approve the Agenda, <br />Seconded by Howard. All in favor. <br /> <br />as amended. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />REVISITING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br /> <br />Chris Miller, Assistant to the City Administrator, stated that they <br />had included a description of some of the activities they had <br />undertaken since the last meeting regarding some of the changes to <br />the Capital Improvement budgets. <br /> <br />Davidson called for any questions from Council. <br /> <br />Mayer wondered why the playground for the Enclave had been dropped. <br /> <br /> <br />
