After
discussing issues contained in the letter from Chief
Chuck Schmidt, it was decided to bring the matter
before Council. Waiving sewer and water tap fees is
something over which Hundley felt staff did not have
the authority to do. Staff suggests that since the
Fire District may require a larger line and meter
than that required for "domestic" service for
filling water tanks, they should pay the actual cost
of the larger meter and installation, not the tap
