CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />JULY 7, 1987 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson <br />called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were <br />present: <br />Councilmembers: Randy Carnival, John Sackett, Steve Anderson, <br />Alan Scarpella, Bob Szymanski and Mike Mohr <br />Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Larry Lillo, Director of Community Services <br />Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk <br />William Hesson, Treasurer <br />Absent: Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br />APPROVAL OF THE t <br />AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Agenda. <br />None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be <br />approved as submii~ted. Unanimous. <br />APPROVAL OF THE <br />CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent <br />Calendar. Anderson asked that Item 3-C be moved to <br />Regular Business. Mayor Fauson moved that the Con- <br />sent Calendar be approved as amended with Item 3-C <br />moved to 4-F. License Renewal - Pasquales <br />and Bair <br />Only -- Louisville Housing Authority <br />3 Agenda <br />APPOINTMENT TO THE LAFAYETTE-LOUISVILLE DOiti~NTOWN REVITALIZATION, INC. <br />BOARD The Lafayette-Louisville Downtown Revitalization, <br />Inc. (LLDR) was created by the councils of <br />Louisville and Lafayette to administer the Community <br />Development Block Grant (CDBG) downtown loan <br />program. The Board of LLDR consists of six members, <br />three from Louisville and three from Lafayette. <br />Current Louisville Board members are Claire Beckman <br />and Kenny Ferrera. There is one vacancy that was <br />formerly filled by John Wilken, Executive Director <br />of the Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber is now <br />1 <br />
