MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MAY 15 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, :Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M.M.D.T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons: COUNCILMEMBERS: Rick Luce, Susan Morris, John Leary and Michael. C~ussen ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wiarl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney William Hesson, City Treasurer John Rupp, Director of Community Development August Hioco, Director of Community Services Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk 1984 ABSENT: Betty Johnson, Councilwoman Karl Kasclz, Director of Public Works Sharon Asiti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA Councilwoman Morris requested that the minutes be removed from the Consent Agenda. Councilman Luce moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded that the Consent Agenda be approved as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. APPROVAL OF THE REGULAR AGENDA CORRECTION TO THE MINUTES PUBLIC COMMENTS Larry Hickey, 2447 Briarwood Boulder - Vimar Corp. Councilwoman Morris requested an addition to the regular agenda - An update on South Boulder Road crossing as discussed at the last Council meeting. This to be added as Item G. under the City Administrator's report. Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Luce seconded th<~.t the Regular Agenda be approved as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. On page 35 - Councilman Cussen should be corrected to read Councilwoman Morris. Mayor Meier moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded that the minutes of the regular meeting of May 1, 1984 be approved as corrected. All in favor. Motion carried un<~.nimously. Mr.. Hickey distributed a colored phamphlet to council entitled Colorado Gold Jewelry, and stated that he was president of Vimar Corp. which is located in Boulder. They
