REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE; CITY COUNCIL FEBRUARY 7, 1984 <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier <br />called the meeting to order at 7:32 P.M. M.S.T. There being present at the <br />call of the roll the following per~~ons: <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: Rick LucE:, Susan Morris, F.obert Woodson, <br />Betty Johnson, John Leary and Michael Cussen <br />ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Vdurl, City Administrator <br />Curt Raut=enstraus, City Attorney <br />William Hesson, City Treasurer <br />John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />August Hioco, Director of_ Community Services <br />Rod Leesnnan, Director of Public Safety <br />Karl Kasch, Director of Public Works <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br />APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Mayor and Councilmembers accepted the minutes <br />of the regular meeting of January 17, 1984 <br />and continued meeting of January 23, 1984 <br />as presented. <br />APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Mayor Meier added the Mayor's Proclamation <br />ADDITION - MAYOR'S Jaycee Women's Week to the agenda. <br />PROCLAMATION Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Wood- <br />son seconded that the agenda be approved as <br />amended. Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br />APPROVAL OF THE BILLS City TreasurE~r Hesson read the bills in the <br />amount of $135,100.33. <br />Councilman Cussen moved, Councilwoman Morris <br />seconded that the bills be approved and <br />checks issued for the same. Question called <br />for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />COUNCIL ITEMS Councilmembers had a copy of the proclamation <br />MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION and Mayor Metier read it in its entirety then <br />presented it to Mrs. Ballenger. <br />MAYOR'S TASK FORCE Mr. John Topf, Chairman of the Mayor's <br />JOHN TOPF, CHAIRMAN Task Force stated there had been some dis- <br />cussion with the members as to their role <br />with immediate plans and decisions that <br />face our City. Desire was expressed by <br />some citizens of the community for the <br />Task Force to make public statements re- <br />
