`.~ ;GULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE: CITY COUNCIL AUGUST 7, 1984 <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier <br />called the meeting to order at 7:32 P.M. and the following persons were <br />present: <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: Michael Cussen, John Leary, Betty Johnson, <br />Herm Fauson, Susan Morris, and Rick Luce <br />ALSO PRESENT: John Rupp, Acting City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />Karl Kasch, Director of Public Works <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br />Steve Ferris, Chief Building Inspector <br />Bob Carpenter, City Engineer <br />Ken Huson, :Engineer <br />Cleo Mudroc:k, City Clerk <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA Mayor Meier requested that Item 4. Approval <br />of t:he regular agenda be deleted as he wished <br />to make an addition to this. <br />Mayor Meier moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded <br />that the consent agenda be approved with the <br />deletion of Item 4. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />APPROVAL OF THE REGULAR AGENDA Mayor Meier added under Council Items - Swim <br />Team.. <br />Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Fauson seconded <br />approval of the regular agenda as amended. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Katie Brookler, 130 S. <br />Ms. Brookler stated that she came to the <br />Cleveland council meeting to see what was going on <br /> and was surpised when she read the agenda <br /> and it contained items regarding water taps <br /> and more annexations. She stated that she <br /> couldn't put the lawn in at her house and <br /> was very concerned about the fact that this <br /> council might be considering allowing water <br /> taps. <br />SWIM TEAM Mayor Meier stated recently the Louisville <br /> Swim Team asked him to present a trophy to <br /> the City Council for Director Hioco to dis- <br /> play in the City. The trophy was presented <br /> to the swim team by the Boulder Valley Swim <br />
