~EGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL AUGUST 2, 1983 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called the meeting to order at 7:35 P.M. M.D.T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons: COUNCILMEMBERS: ALSO PRESENT: ABSENT: APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Delayed Until Next Meeting APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA ADDITION Calling On the Surety Bond - Church of the Latter Day Saints APPROVAL APPROVAL OF THE BILLS ITEMS ENCLOSED John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris and Herman Fauson Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney William Hesson, City Treasurer John Rupp, Director of Community Development Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Ken Huson, Acting City Engineer Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk Don Cummings, Councilman Dennis Ferrera, Councilman August Hioco, Director of Community Services Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services Due to the tardiness of receiving the minutes, Councilman Leary moved, Councilman Cussen seconded that the approval of the minutes be delayed until next meeting. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. Councilwoman Morris requested the Church of Latter Day Saints and taking action on their Surety Bond regarding street improvements. as Item 9E. of the City Attorney's Report. Councilman Fauson moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded that the agenda be approved as amended. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. City Treasurer Hesson read the bills in the amount of $157,383.75. Councilman Cussen moved that the bills be approved and checks issued for the same. Councilman Fauson seconded the motion. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. Councilman Fauson moved, Councilwoman Mbrris seconded that the items enclosed b:e accepted and brought up under the proper head of business
