<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />MARCH 1, 1983 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier <br />called the meeting to order at 7:31 P.M. M.S.T. There being present at the <br />call of the roll the following persons: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: <br /> <br />John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris, <br />Don Cummings, Dennis Ferrera and Herman Fauson <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />William Hesson, City Treasurer <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> <br />Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />David Blanchard, City Engineer <br />Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant <br />Steve Ferris, Chief Building Inspector <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor and Council approved the minutes of <br />the regular meeting of February 15, 1983 <br />as presented. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Meier requested a change in the list- <br />ing of the items - Mayor's Proclamation to <br />be moved to Council Items. <br />Councilman Cummings moved, Councilman Fauson <br />seconded that the agenda be approved as <br />amended. Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />ITEMS ENCLOSED <br /> <br />Councilman Fau.son moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that the items enclosed be accepted <br />and brought up under the proper head of <br />business. <br />Councilwoman Horris advised that several <br />pages were missing from Senate Bill 210, <br />as information for Resolution #11 - Manu- <br />factured Housing. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Missing Pages from Senate <br />Bill 210 <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />TRI-CITY ELKS LIQUOR LICENSE <br />RENEWAL <br /> <br />Councilwoman Horris moved that the Tri-City <br />Elks Liquor License be renewed. Seconded <br />by Councilman Ferrera. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />~RACK INN - LIQUOR LICENSE <br />L{ENEWAL <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cummings <br />seconded that the Track Inn liquor license <br />be renewed. <br />
