Mayor Norbert Meier <br />called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.S.T. Wurl, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />William Hesson, City Treasurer <br />John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />David Blanchard, City Engineer <br />Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor Meier and council approved the minutes <br />of the regular meeting of October 19, 1982 <br />as presented. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that the items enclosed be accepted <br />and brought up under the proper head of <br />business. Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that Karen's Country Kitchen Liquor <br />License be renewed. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised there were <br />two items with the liquor license renewal. <br />The first item was the approval of Robert <br />Mannion as an owner, and if he is approved, <br />the renewal of the license itself; also <br />that the applic.ation was in order. <br /> <br />Councilman Cummings moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that Robert Mannion be approved as <br />co-owner of Bart's Restaurant. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilman Cummings moved, Councilman Fauson <br />seconded that Bart's Restaurant Liquor License <br />be renewed. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
