<br />'J:<.:GULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVIllE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />OCTOBER 19, 1982 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado, <br />called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.D.S.T. There <br />the call of the roll the following persons: <br /> <br />session in the <br />Mayor Norbert Meier <br />being present at <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: <br /> <br />Herman Fauson, Dennis Ferrera, Don Cummings, <br />Susan Morris, Michael Cussen, and John Leary <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br /> <br />Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />David Blanchard, City Engineer <br />Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />William Hesson, City Treasurer <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Meier and council approved the min- <br />utes of the regular meeting of October 5, 1982 <br />as presented. <br /> <br />TTEMS ENCLOSED <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cummings <br />seconded that the items enclosed be accepted <br />and brought up under the proper head of business. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Hotion <br />carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEHS <br />AMERICAN LEGION SPECIAL <br />EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Mayor Meier opened the public hearing and <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the proper <br />posting was made at the location, and the <br />application was in order. <br />Mayor Meier asked if there was a presentation <br />to be made by the applicant or by the staff. <br />None. Anyone in opposition to the application. <br />None. Anyone in favor of the application. None. <br />Council comments - none. Hayor l'feier then <br />closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />Councilman Cussen moved, Councilwoman Morris <br />seconded that the American Legion SpeciRl Events <br />Liquor applications be approved for November 6, <br />December 3, December 11, and December 31, 1982. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />OLD LOUISVILLE INN - LIQUOR <br />LICENSE RENEWAL <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the applica- <br />tion was in order. <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that the Old Louisville Inn Liquor <br />License be renewed. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
