<br />KESCHEDULED MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 5, 1981 <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.D.S.T. with the <br />following Council members present: Fauson, DelPizzo, Meier, Brown and <br />Domenico. Also present were: City Attorney Rautenstraus, City Treasurer <br />Hesson, Director of Community Development Rupp, City Engineer Blanchard, <br />Chief Accountant Caranci, Planner Lanternman, Asst. Planner Hinkleman, <br />and Acting City Clerk Mudrock, newly elected Councilmen Cussen and Leary. <br />Absent: Councilman Cummings, City Administrator Wurl, Police Chief Lees- <br />man, and Director of Community Services Hioco. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />ITEMS ENCLOSED <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />AMENDMENT TO THE ANNEXATION <br />AGREEMENT - CENTENNIAL VALLEY <br /> <br />~3.GREEMENT COLO. OF <br />HIGHWAYS - JACOBS-KAHAN ET AL <br /> <br />AMERICAN LEGION - SPECIAL <br />EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE - PUBLIC <br />HEARING <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />BUNGALOW LIQUORS LICENSE <br />RENEWAL <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE LIQUOR MART <br />LICENSE RENEWAL <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci and council approved the <br />minutes of the regular meeting of October <br />20, 1981 as presented. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved that the items <br />enclosed be accepted and brought up under <br />the proper head of business. Seconded by <br />Councilman Meier. All in favor. Motion <br />carried.. <br /> <br />Tabled <br /> <br />Tabled <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised the application <br />was in order and proper posting of the <br />premises had been made. The application <br />was for November 20, 1981 from 6:00 P.M. <br />to November 21, 1981 till 2:00 A.M. <br />Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing and <br />asked if there was anyone present supporting <br />the application - none. Opposed - none. <br />Council remarks - none. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the special <br />events liquor license for the American <br />Legion be approved. Seconded by Councilman <br />Brown. Question called for. All in favor. <br />I1otion c:arried 5-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the <br />application was in order. <br />Councilrrlan Domenico moved that the Bungalow <br />Liquors license renewal be approved. Seconded <br />by Councilman Meier. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the <br />application was in order and there. were <br />no police incident reports on any of the <br />
