M.D.S.T. with the <br />following Council members present: Fauson, Cummings, DelPizzo, Brown, <br />Meier, and Domenico. Also present were: City Administrator Wurl, City <br />Attorney Rautenstraus, City Treasurer Hesson, Director of Community Develop- <br />ment Rupp, Director of Community ServicE~s Hioco, City Engineer Blanchard, <br />and Acting City Clerk Mudrock. JACOBS/ KAHAN <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 3, 1981 COUNCIL <br />MEETING - RESCHEDULE OR <br />CANCEL <br /> <br />Rescheduled to Nov. 4, 1981 <br /> <br />JANDREAU REQUEST - TEMPORARY <br />USE PERMIT - PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Councilman Brown <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci and council approved the <br />minutes of the regular meeting of Septem- <br />ber 15, 1981 as presented. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved that the items <br />enclosed be accepted and brought up under <br />the proper head of business. Seconded by <br />Councilman Meier. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Tabled. <br /> <br />Tabled <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl advised the only date <br />open was Wednesday, November 4, 1981 as <br />the council chambers were reserved for the <br />other ni.ghts of the week. He also advised <br />that there wouldn't be much on the agenda <br />for this meeting and perhaps council might <br />want to cancel it. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the first <br />Council meeting in November be rescheduled <br />for November 4, 1981 due to the Hunicipal <br />Election on Tuesday, November 3rd. Seconded <br />by Councilman Meier. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Director Rupp advised council that the <br />temporary use permit was for a camper <br />to be parked at 901 Rex St. Applicant <br />made the request because of the illness <br />of his mother. He showed slides of the <br />camper and the area - Planning Commission <br />recommended approval. <br />Hayor Caranci opened the public hearing and <br />asked if there was anyone in favor of the <br />application - none. For the application -none. <br /> <br />Inquired if there would be any water or <br />sewer hook-ups connected with the camper. <br />
