J.illGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL APRIL 21, 1981 Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following Council members present: DelPizzo, Cumrnings, Carnival, Meier, and Domenico. Absent: Councilman Fauson. Also present were City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Treasurer Hesson, Director of Community Development Rupp, Police Chief Leesman, Director of Community Services Hioco, City En- gineer Blanchard, Chief Accountant Caranci, Planner Randall, and Acting City Clerk Mudrock. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Caranci and Council approved the minutes of the regular meeting of April 7, 1981 as presented. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Heier moved that the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman Carnival. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS M~RICAN LEGION - SPECIAL EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE - PUBLIC HEARING APPROVAL Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing and inquired of Attorney Joss if every- thing was in order. Attorney Joss re- ported that it was and that the applica- tion was for two separate dates April 25, 1981 from 6:00 P.M. continuing until 2:00 A.M. April 26, 1981, and the second date was for May 22, 1981 commencing at 6:00 P.M. until 2:00 A.M. May 23, 1981. Proper posting had been made at the location. Mayor Caranci asked if there was anyone in the audience opposed to the license. None. Mlyone in favor. None. He then closed the public hearing Councilman Domenico moved that the Special Events License for the two dates for the American Legion be approved. Seconded by Councilman Heier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. AMERICAN LEGION - SPECIAL EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION - MAY 30, 1981 PUBLIC HEARING SET Attorney Joss advised Council this special events application for the American Legion was for May 30, 1981 commencing at 12:00 noon until 2: 00 A.H. May 31, 1981. The applica- tion was in order and he suggested a public hearing be set for Hay 5, 1981. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the American Legion special events license be accepted and the public hearing be set for May 5, 1981. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Question called for.
