<br />J.illGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />APRIL 21, 1981 <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following <br />Council members present: DelPizzo, Cumrnings, Carnival, Meier, and Domenico. <br />Absent: Councilman Fauson. Also present were City Administrator Wurl, <br />City Attorney Joss, City Treasurer Hesson, Director of Community Development <br />Rupp, Police Chief Leesman, Director of Community Services Hioco, City En- <br />gineer Blanchard, Chief Accountant Caranci, Planner Randall, and Acting <br />City Clerk Mudrock. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci and Council approved the <br />minutes of the regular meeting of April <br />7, 1981 as presented. <br /> <br />ITEMS ENCLOSED <br /> <br />Councilman Heier moved that the items <br />enclosed be accepted and brought up under <br />the proper head of business. Seconded <br />by Councilman Carnival. Question called <br />for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />M~RICAN LEGION - SPECIAL <br />EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE - <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing <br />and inquired of Attorney Joss if every- <br />thing was in order. Attorney Joss re- <br />ported that it was and that the applica- <br />tion was for two separate dates April 25, <br />1981 from 6:00 P.M. continuing until 2:00 A.M. <br />April 26, 1981, and the second date was for <br />May 22, 1981 commencing at 6:00 P.M. until <br />2:00 A.M. May 23, 1981. Proper posting had <br />been made at the location. <br />Mayor Caranci asked if there was anyone <br />in the audience opposed to the license. <br />None. Mlyone in favor. None. He then <br />closed the public hearing <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the Special <br />Events License for the two dates for the <br />American Legion be approved. Seconded by <br />Councilman Heier. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />AMERICAN LEGION - SPECIAL <br />EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE <br />APPLICATION - MAY 30, 1981 <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING SET <br /> <br />Attorney Joss advised Council this special <br />events application for the American Legion was <br />for May 30, 1981 commencing at 12:00 noon <br />until 2: 00 A.H. May 31, 1981. The applica- <br />tion was in order and he suggested a public <br />hearing be set for Hay 5, 1981. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the American <br />Legion special events license be accepted <br />and the public hearing be set for May 5, 1981. <br />Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Question <br />called for. All in favor. 110tion carried. <br />
