<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 5, 1980 <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- <br />ing Council members present: Fauson, Cummings, DelPizzo, Carnival, <br />Meier and Domenico. Others present: City Attorney Joss, City Treasurer <br />Hesson, Director of Community Development Rupp, Police Chief Leesman, <br />Director of Parks & Rec. Hioco, Chief Bookkeeper Caranci, and Dep.City <br />Clerk Mudrock. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />ITEMS ENCLOSED <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />KNIGHTS OF PYTHIAS <br /> <br />KARENS COUNTRY KITCHEN <br />LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL <br /> <br />COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL <br />CONSTRUCTION PAY ESTIMATE <br />:/FlO - CITY HALL <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />ORDINANCE :/F700 PARK HOURS <br />SECOND READING - PUBLIC <br />HEARING <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci and Council approved the <br />minutes of October 21,1980 meeting as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the items <br />enclosed be accepted and brought up <br />under the proper head of business. Seconded <br />by Councilman Carnival. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />This item was tabled due to the illness <br />of Mr. Rico Zarini and Mr. George Ellis. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the appli- <br />cation 'was in order. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that Karens <br />Country Kitchen liquor license be renewed. <br />Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that pay esti- <br />mate :/FlO, in the amount of $27,446.92 <br />for work done on city hall be approved. <br />Seconded by Councilman Fauson. All in <br />favor. Motion carried 6-0. <br />Mr. Jim Hillhouse was in attendance and <br />he informed Council the move will take <br />place November 15, 1980. There are some <br />minor items that still have to be fixed, <br />but these can be done later. <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read Ordinance :/F700 on <br />second reading by title only, stating <br />that it was published in the Louisville <br />Times on October 17, 1980. Mayor Caranci <br />opened the public hearing. Councilman <br />Domenico moved that Ordinance :/F700 be <br />adopted. Motion died for lack of a second. <br />Mayor Caranci called for remarks. <br />Parks & Rec. Director Hioco defended the <br />ordinance by reporting that he had met with <br />the students at Centaurus to see what could <br />
