<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />APRIL 1, 1980 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with <br />the following Council members present: Fauson, Caranci, DelPizzo, <br />Carnival, Meier and Domenico. Others present: City Administrator Wur1, <br />City Attorney Joss, Police Chief Leesman, Dir. Community Dev. Rupp, Dir. <br />Parks & Rec. Stahl, City Treasurer Hesson and City Clerk Stahl. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> <br />COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL CONST. <br />INC. PAY EST. #3 CITY HALL <br /> <br />BUSH LEASE - MARSHALL <br />LAKE WATER <br /> <br />AMERICAN LEGION <br />SET PUBLIC HEARING <br />SPECIAL LIQUOR LIC. <br /> <br />CODE OF ETHICS ORDINANCE <br />DISCUSSION <br />SET WORK SESSION <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />minutes of the March 18, 1980 meeting <br />as presented. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the enc1o- <br />surers be accepted and brought up under <br />the proper head of business. Seconded by <br />Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that pay est. <br />#3 in the amount of $26,480 for work <br />on City Hall be paid to Commercial <br />Industrial Construction, Inc. Seconded <br />by Councilman Meier. Motion carried <br />6 - O. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that the Mayor <br />be authorized to sign the agreement <br />with Mr. Bush to lease two shares of <br />Marshall Lake water in the amount of <br />$150.00. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br />After comments motion carried 6 - O. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the appli- <br />cation was in order and a public hearing <br />needed to be set. <br />Councilman Carnival moved that a public <br />hearing be set for April 15, 1980 to <br />hear the American Legion special events <br />liquor license request. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Fauson. Motion carried 6 - O. <br /> <br />Council stated that there were still <br />unanswered questions and recommended a <br />study session. <br />Mayor Waschak scheduled a work session <br />to discuss the ordinance on May 1, 1980 <br />at 7:00 P.M., 801 Grant Ave. <br />
