<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />JANUARY 15, 1980 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with <br />the following Council members present: Fauson, Caranci, DelPizzo, <br />Carnival, Meier and Domenico. Others present: City Administrator <br />Wurl, City Attorney Joss, Dir. Community Dev. Rupp, Chief Leesman, <br />City Treasurer Hesson and City Clerk Stahl. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson requested a correction <br />be made on the Planning Commission vote. <br />Mrs. Ferguson received 2 votes, instead <br />of 1 vote as noted in the minutes. <br /> <br />With no other corrections, Mayor Waschak <br />and Council approved the minutes of the <br />organizational meeting of January 7, 1980. <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival moved that enclosruers <br />be accepted and brought up under the pro- <br />per head of business. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br />MUNGER APPEAL <br /> <br />There were no reports <br /> <br />There were no comments. <br /> <br />MC KEE SUIT UPDATE <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that they reviewed <br />the municipal code and personnel code <br />and Council has the option of holding a <br />work session or executive session on Mr. <br />Mungers appeal. <br />After comments Councilman Caranci moved that <br />an executive session be held on January <br />21, 1980, 7:00 P.M. at 801 Grant to discuss <br />Mr. Munger's appeal. Seconded by Council- <br />man Carnival. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated the Council will be <br />acting as a fact finding body, and recom- <br />mended that the matter not be discussed <br />with anyone before the session. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the Supreme <br />Court will hear oral argument on the McKee <br />case on February 29, 1980 at 9:00 A.M. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss gave an update on the issue. <br />
