<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />OCTOBER 16, 1979 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the <br />following Council members present: DiCarlo, Berry, Meier, Caranci, Kilker <br />and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney <br />Joss, City Engineer Richardson, City Treasurer Hesson, Dir. Community <br />Development Rupp, Dir. Parks & Rec. Stahl, and City Clerk Stahl. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor "t.Jaschak and City Council approved <br />the minutes of the regular October 2, <br />meeting as presented. <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that enclosurers <br />be accepted and brought up under the pro- <br />per head of business. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />J.C.G. FINAL PAY EST. <br />NEW CONCRETE PROJECT <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl explained that this final pay <br />estimate has been published and this <br />would be the payment of monies that were <br />retained. <br />Councilman Berry stated that he did not <br />like having the' project broken into two <br />parts. <br />After discussion Councilman Caranci moved <br />that the new concrete project, part I - <br />$666.09 and part II - $395.14 be paid. <br />Seconded by Councilman Kilker. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />COLACCI'S LIQUOR LICENSE <br />RENEWAL <br /> <br />Engineer Richardson reported that the <br />project is done. <br />Councilman Kilker moved that the concrete <br />replacement project part I - $4,946.58 <br />and part II - $1,134.08 be paid. Seconded <br />by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the Colacci's <br />restaurant liquor license be renewed. <br />Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />J.C.G. FINAL PAY EST. <br />CONCRETE REPLACEMENT <br />PROJECT <br /> <br />ELECTION JUDGES & ALTERNATES <br />APPOINTMENT <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that all election <br />judges and alternates listed be appointed. <br />Seconded by Councilman Kilker. Motion <br />carried. <br />
