<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />APRIL 17, 1979 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with <br />the following Council members present: DiCarlo, Berry, Meier, <br />Caranci, Kilker and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator <br />Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Planner Drumm, City Engineer Richardson, <br />Parks & Rec. Direc. Stahl, and City Clerk Stahl. Absent: City <br />Treasurer Hesson. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />minutes of the April 3, 1979, Council <br />meeting as presented. <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that enclosurers <br />be accepted and brought up under the <br />proper head of business. Seconded by <br />Councilman Berry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />L & L CONST. PAY <br />ESTIMATE #1 STORM SEWERS <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that payment to <br />L & L Construction Company, in the amount <br />of $43,040.85 be approved and a check <br />issued for the same. Seconded by Council- <br />man Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />HOWARD BIXLER WATER <br />CONTRACT <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that the Mayor <br />and City Clerk's signatures be authorized <br />on the Bixler water contract for the <br />purchase of 15 shares of Leyner Cottonwood <br />Ditch. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />NORMAN FLEET WATER <br />CONTRACT <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Mayor <br />and City Clerk's signatures be authorized <br />on the Norman Fleet water contract for the <br />purchase of 95 shares of Leyner Cotton- <br />wood Ditch. Second by Councilman DelPizzo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br /> <br />There were no comments. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #8, FINAL <br />PLAT AND P.D.D. CTC. <br /> <br />Mr. Bill Shuler reviewed the proposed <br />plans for CTC, approximately 228 acres. <br />He stated that elevation of the build- <br />ings is limited to 50 feet. <br />Attorney Joss read Resolution #8, Series <br />1979. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Resolution <br />#8, Series 1979 be adopted. Seconded by <br />Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call. DelPizzo <br />yes, Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, Berry <br />yes, Meier yes, Kilker yes. Motion carried. <br />
