<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />DECEMBER 5, 1978 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- <br />ing Council members present: DelPizzo, Caranci, Berry and DiCarlo. <br />Excused absence: Councilman Meier and Councilman Kilker. Others <br />present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Planner <br />Drumm, City Treasurer Hesson and City Clerk Stahl. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />minutes of the November 21, 1978 meeting <br />as presented. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that enclosurers <br />be accepted and brought up under the pro- <br />per head of business. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Berry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />ANNEXATION REQUEST <br />HANOEVER DEVELOPMENT CO <br />W.J.S. CORPORATION <br /> <br />Mr. Charles Klarich, representing Hanoever <br />Development Co., was in attendance and <br />requested Councils consideration of annex- <br />atLon of property to be used in the devel- <br />opment of a shopping center to be located <br />between South 80th and Delaney Road. <br />Also Mr. William Suitts was pres~nt and <br />requested hi,s proper-ty, owned by W. J. S. <br />Corporation, be annexed. <br /> <br />Mr. Klarich stated that the total acreage <br />was approximately 1,3.00 acres. <br />After the presentation Councilman DelPizzo <br />moved that the Hanoever Development Co. <br />and W.J.S. Corporation annexation request <br />be referred to the Planning Commission <br />for further review and recommendation. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry stated under remarks <br />that he would like to Commission to look <br />into the fact that with this annexation <br />the City will be fUll-filling its compre- <br />hensive plan and possibly eliminating <br />competition between developers in the City. <br />With no more remarks Council moved to <br />refer the request to Planning Commission. <br /> <br />SENOR TIS LIQUOR <br />LICENSE RENEWAL <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that the application <br />was in order and the police report had been <br />provided. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Senor TIs <br />liquor license be renewed. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. Berry <br />yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes, Caranci <br />yes. Motion carried. <br />
