<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />OCTOBER 17, 1978 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- <br />ing Council members present: DiCarlo, Berry, Meier, Kilker and DelPizzo. <br />Excused absence: Councilman Caranci. Others present: City Administra- <br />tor Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Planner Drumm and City Clerk Stahl. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />minutes of the October 3, 1978 meeting <br />as presented. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that enclosurers <br />be accepted and brought up under the pro- <br />per head of business. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />SIEGREST CONST. PAY EST. <br />NO.2 STREET OVERLAY <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that Siegrest <br />Construction Co. pay estimate No. 2 be <br />approved in the amount of $3,574.13 for <br />street overlay work. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Berry. Roll call. DelPizzo yes, <br />DiCarlo yes, Kilker yes, Berry yes, <br />Meier yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ANTHONY CARPENTIER LIQUOR <br />LICENSE TRANSFER <br />DOMINO'S <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that the application <br />was in order and that since there is <br />already an active license at the location <br />Council has the option to approve the <br />license without a public hearing or to <br />schedule a hearing on the application. <br />Councilman DiCarlo asked about the re- <br />newal date. <br />Attorney Joss stated that he would check <br />on it. <br />Mr. James Kissell and Mr. Carpentier were <br />in attendance to answer questions. <br />After comments Councilman DiCarlo moved <br />that Anthony Carpentier liquor license <br />transfer request be approved. Seconded <br />by Councilman Meier. Roll call. DiCarlo <br />yes, DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes, Berry yes, <br />Meier yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />FIRE DEPT. PUBLIC HEARING <br />LIQUOR LICENSE REQUEST <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that the proper <br />notice of public hearing had been published. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br />There were no comments, hearing closed. <br />Councilman Meier moved that the liquor <br />license request be approved. Seconded by <br />Councilman Berry. Roll call. Kilker <br />yes, Berry yes, Meier yes, DelPizzo yes, <br />DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br />
