REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL OCTOBER 17, 1978 Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- ing Council members present: DiCarlo, Berry, Meier, Kilker and DelPizzo. Excused absence: Councilman Caranci. Others present: City Administra- tor Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Planner Drumm and City Clerk Stahl. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES ENCLOSURERS Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes of the October 3, 1978 meeting as presented. Councilman DiCarlo moved that enclosurers be accepted and brought up under the pro- per head of business. Seconded by Coun- cilman Meier. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS SIEGREST CONST. PAY EST. NO.2 STREET OVERLAY Councilman Meier moved that Siegrest Construction Co. pay estimate No. 2 be approved in the amount of $3,574.13 for street overlay work. Seconded by Coun- cilman Berry. Roll call. DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes, Kilker yes, Berry yes, Meier yes. Motion carried. ANTHONY CARPENTIER LIQUOR LICENSE TRANSFER DOMINO'S Attorney Joss stated that the application was in order and that since there is already an active license at the location Council has the option to approve the license without a public hearing or to schedule a hearing on the application. Councilman DiCarlo asked about the re- newal date. Attorney Joss stated that he would check on it. Mr. James Kissell and Mr. Carpentier were in attendance to answer questions. After comments Councilman DiCarlo moved that Anthony Carpentier liquor license transfer request be approved. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Roll call. DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes, Berry yes, Meier yes. Motion carried. FIRE DEPT. PUBLIC HEARING LIQUOR LICENSE REQUEST Attorney Joss stated that the proper notice of public hearing had been published. Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. There were no comments, hearing closed. Councilman Meier moved that the liquor license request be approved. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Roll call. Kilker yes, Berry yes, Meier yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried.
