REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL OCTOBER 3, 1978 Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- ing Council members present: DiCarlo, Meier, Caranci, Kilker and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Treasruer Hesson and City Clerk Stahl. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes of the September 20, 1978, meet- ing as presented. Councilman Caranci moved that the en- closurers be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. ENCLOSURERS COUNCIL ITEMS SWEARING IN OF HOWARD BERRY WARD I Judge Lawrence Enrietto officiated at the swearing in of Howard Berry to fill the unexpired term of Councilwoman DiLorenzo. STEELOCK FINAL PAYMENT FENCES Councilman Caranci moved that final pay- ment of $2,230.27 be made to Steelock Fence Co. Seiconded by Councilman Kilker. Roll call. DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes, Berry yes, DelPizzo yes, Meier yes, Kilker yes. Motion carried. RICHARDSON-CITY AGREEMENT---WATER Mr. Wurl recommended tha~ouncil authorize the Mayo to sign the agreement for the pur- chase of South Boulder Creek water shares. Councilman Ca~anci moved that the Mayor be authorized to sign the agreement with Mr. & Mrs. Richardson for water shares in South Boulder Creek. Seconded by Council- man Meier. Motion carried. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT ORDINANCE #612 SECOND READING PUBLIC HEARING 3 BAR J Attorney Joss read Ordinance #612 on se- cond reading. Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. There were no comment, hearing closed. Clay Wade, representing the applicant, was in attendance to answer questions. Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance #612 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call. DiCarlo no, Caranci yes, Kilker yes, Meier yes, Berry yes, DelPizzo yes. Motion carried.
