<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />SEPTEMBER 5, 1978 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- <br />ing Council members present: DiCarlo, Caranci, Kilker and DelPizzo. <br />Excused absence: Councilman Meier. Others present: City Administrator <br />Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Engineer Jicinsky, City Treasurer Hesson <br />and City Clerk Stahl. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />KELLY LIQUOR LICENSE <br />APPLICATION PUBLIC <br />HEARING <br /> <br />COLORADO CURB & GUTTER <br />FINAL PAYMENT-LAKE PARK <br />CONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />BLOCK PARTY REQUEST <br />CALEDONIA CIRCLE <br />DAN DI SALLE <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />minutes of the August 15, 1978, meeting <br />as submitted. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that enclosurers <br />be accepted and brought up under the pro- <br />per head of business. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Caranci. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br />Mr. David Kelly gave a brief presentation <br />of their plans and the City Attorney re- <br />ported that all the necessary papers were <br />in order. There were no comments for <br />or against the application. The public <br />hearing was closed and Councilman Caranci <br />moved that the liquor license be approved <br />for B.B. 's Delicatessen. Seconded by <br />Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call vote. <br />Kilker yes, DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes, <br />Caranci yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that there was a memo from <br />the City Engineer to pay the estimate, the <br />10% retainage fee. <br />Councilman Kilker moved that the estimate <br />be paid to Colorado Curb & Gutter for <br />work on Lake Park. Seconded by Councilman <br />DelPizzo. Roll call. DelPizzo yes, Caranci <br />yes, DiCarlo yes, Kilker yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. DiSalle requested that Council grant <br />them a block party from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. <br />on September 10. After discussion, Coun- <br />cilman Caranci moved that the block pary <br />request be approved. Seconded by Council- <br />man DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br />
