<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />APRIL 18, 1978 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the fol- <br />lowing members present: DiCarlo, DiLorenzo, Meier, Caranci, Kilker <br />and DelPizzo. Also present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney <br />Joss, City Engineer Jicinsky, Community Development Director Drumm <br />and City Clerk Stahl. Absent: City Treasurer Hesson. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />minutes of the April 18, 1978 Council <br />meeting as presented. <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />DOMINO'S LIQUOR LICENSE <br />RENEWAL <br /> <br />Councilman DiLorenzo moved that enclo- <br />surers be accepted and brought up under <br />the proper head of business. Seconded <br />by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />A copy of the years police report was <br />included in the packet for the liquor <br />license renewal. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Domino's <br />liquor license be renewed. Seconded by <br />Councilman Kilker. Roll call. Kilker <br />yes, Meier yes, Caranci yes, DiCarlo <br />yes, DelPizzo yes, DiLorenzo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />THE DEPOT <br />APPROVAL OF ADDENDUM <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that what is needed <br />is for Council to approve the addendum <br />submitted which will change the ownership. <br />He stated that all that is happening is <br />that Mr. Brady is transferring his stock <br />in the business to his wife as he is in- <br />volved in another business. Attorney Joss <br />stated that since it is a corporate <br />structure the addendum is the only thing <br />necessary. <br />After comments Councilman Caranci moved <br />that the Depot Addendum be approved by <br />Council. Seconded by Councilman Kilker. <br />Roll call. DelPizzo yes, Caranci yes, <br />DiCarlo yes, DiLorenzo yes, Meier yes, <br />Kilker yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />KEN FERRERA FENCE <br />REQUEST <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl informed Council that Mr. Ferrera <br />would like permission to replace a chain <br />link fence with a 6' wood fence up to <br />the inside edge of the sidewalk. Present <br />regulations are that the fence must be <br />setback 7' from the edge of sidewalk <br />which would allow for the fence to be put <br />on the property line; however, there would <br />
