<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />OCTOBER 18, 1977 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with <br />the following Council members present: Domenico, DiLorenzo, Caranci, <br />DiCarlo, DelPizzo and Dhieux. Others present: City Administrator <br />Wur1, City Attorney Joss, City Planner Drumm, City Clerk Santilli. <br />Absent: City Treasurer Hesson. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and City Council approved <br />the minutes of the October 4, 1977, Coun- <br />cil meeting as presented. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> <br />Councilman DiLorenzo moved that enc1o- <br />surers be accepted and brought up under <br />the proper head of business. Seconded <br />by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that the deeds were <br />in order. Councilman Caranci moved that <br />the Herpa1 & Patete deeds from Wood Bros. <br />be accepted. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiLorenzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF WOOD BROS. <br />DEED - HERPAL & PATETE <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING RESCHEDULE <br /> <br />Mr. Wur1 stated that the November 1, <br />1977, council meeting is on election <br />night and requested that council re- <br />schedule the meeting for November 2, 1977. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Nov- <br />ember 1, 1977, meeting be rescheduled <br />for November 2, 1977. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />TRACT A PARKWOOD FINAL <br />PLAT APPROVAL <br /> <br />Councilman DiLorenzo moved that Council <br />approve the Parkwood Subdivision Tract <br />A Final Plat. Seconded by Councilman <br />DelPizzo. <br />City Planner Drumm stated that there were <br />two changes in the plat. 1. The word <br />'Unplatted" on the far west side should <br />be" deleted and 2. Harper and Griffith <br />Streets will be prefaced with "Hest". <br />After comments roll call vote was taken. <br />Domenico yes, Caranci yes, DiLorenzo yes, <br />DiCarlo yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />1978 BUDGET HEARING <br /> <br />Mr. Wur1 reported that all proper notices <br />had been given and that copies of the <br />budget and summary were enclosed in the <br />packet. Mayor Waschak opened the public <br />hearing. There were no comments for or <br />against the budget. The public hearing <br />was closed by Mayor Waschak and City <br />Attorney Joss read Resolution #10 adopting <br />the 1978 budget. <br />
