<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />JULY 21, 1977 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with <br />the following Council members present: Domenico, DiLorenzo, McDonald, <br />DelPizzo, DiCarlo and Caranci. Absent: City Treasurer Hesson and <br />City Engineer White. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City <br />Attorney Joss, City Planner Drumm and City Clerk Santilli. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved <br />the minutes of the June 7, 1977, council <br />meeting as presented. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />TOMORROW ART FILMS <br /> <br />There was no one present to discuss the <br />plans for a possible film about the City. <br /> <br />DUMONT REQUEST <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the request is to <br />fence City owned right-of-way which will <br />bring the property in line with the <br />neighboring properties. He stated that <br />it was recommended by staff that the <br />request be approved. Attorney Joss stated <br />that when the motion is made it should be <br />for the granting of a license for the <br />fencing of the property made to the <br />Dumont's only. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the City <br />grant a license as requested by Dumont <br />for the fencing of the City property. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />WANO VARIANCE <br /> <br />Peter Vansan, representing Argo Invest- <br />ment Co. and Derci Co, stated that be- <br />cause of IRS regulations concerning <br />Profit Sharting Trust, the company must <br />take title under separate names to <br />accomplish what they want with the Ward <br />property. He stated that the property <br />will be taken under the names of Argo <br />Investment Co. and the Derci Co. Since <br />this is an employee profit sharing plant <br />it is not possible for the title to go <br />to the principal interest and then sold <br />to the employees. He stated in doing <br />this it constitutes a subdivision, and <br />they were requesting a variance to allow <br />the two titles. When development would <br />begin the company would go through the <br />subdivision process. Planner Drumm stated <br />that the Planning Commission held a <br />
