<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />MARCH 1, 1977 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the <br />following Council members present: Domenico, DiLorenzo, DiCarlo, <br />McDonald, DelPizzo. Absent: Councilman Caranci. Others present: <br />City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Engineer White, City <br />Planner Drumm, City Treasurer Hesson and City Clerk Santilli. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MItWTES <br /> <br />Council approved the minutes as presented. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />WOOD BROS. REQUEST <br /> <br />Engineer White informed Council that before <br />the subdivision was platted the City obtained <br />an easement in Steve Harney's property for <br />the installation of a 16" water line. At the <br />time of platting the line was located in a <br />different area then the location stated on the <br />easement. The City has obtained a new ease- <br />ment and need council to deed the old easement <br />back to Wood Bros. <br />Engineer White pointed out the area on a map; <br />Councilman McDonald moved that the Mayor and <br />City Clerk be authorized to sign the quit <br />claim deed; deeding back the first easement. <br />Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call. <br />Domenico yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes, <br />DiLorenzo yes, McDonald yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />DRCOG <br /> <br />There was no action taken as there were no <br />applications for the position. <br /> <br />TRAINOR CONSTRUCTION <br />PAY ESTIMATE #3 <br />STORM SEWERS <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that there was a memo from the <br />City Engineer recommending the payment of <br />$12,631.50 for the storm sewer project. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that pay estimate #3 <br />in the amount of $12,631.50 be approved to <br />Trainor Construction for the work on the <br />Storm Sewer project. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Roll call. <br />Domenico yes, DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo yes, <br />DelPizzo yes, McDonald yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />WESTEfu"f EMPIRE <br />CONSTRUCTORS <br />PAY ESTIMATE #5 <br />FILTER PLANT <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that there was a recommendation <br />from the water engineer, Mr. Noel Hobbs, re- <br />commending the payment to Western Empire con- <br />structors in the amount of $33,086.70. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that pay estimate #5 <br />in the amount of $33,086.70 be approved for <br />Western Empire Constructors for work on the <br />filter plant. Seconded by Councilman McDonald. <br />City Engineer White reported that the company <br />is moving along but were alittle behind schedule. <br />He stated that 5/6 of the walls have been poured <br />and the last wall will be poured March 2, 1977. <br />
