With the
correction Mayor and Council approved the
minutes of the February 1, 1977, council
meeting.

COUNCIL ITEMS

WOOD BROS.

Mr. Sam Heiter, Wood Bros. representative,
stated that there was a deed which needed to
be signed by the Mayor. He stated that when
the amended plat of Parkwood filing #2 was
filed, City Staff and Wood Bros. were under the
impression that tract E had not been deeded
to the City; however, it was done so in 1974,
due to one of the agreements made during the
time of platting, the cul-de-sac at the west
end of that plat could be considered on City
property which is a conflict of title.
Mr. Heiter stated that he has sent a deed
which would clear up the matter.
Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Mayor be
authorized to sign the deed. Seconded by
Councilman DiLorenzo. Roll call vote:
DiLorenzo yes, Caranci yes, Domenico yes,
DelPizzo yes, McDonald yes, DiCarlo yes.
Motion carried.
Mr. Heiter stated that in the deed there was
one legal description correction which should
also be initialed by the Mayor.

CONTINENTAL VIEW
ESTATES - REPORT

Mr. Rob Cassidy of R. V. Lord & Assoc. stated
that the company was doing the developing and
engineering of Continental View Estates.
