<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />SEPTEMBER 17, 1974 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the me~eting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following <br />Councilmembers present: Domenico, Berry, Scholl, Dhieux, DelPizzo and <br />DiCarlo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Morris, <br />City Engineer White, and City Clerk Santilli. Absent: City Treasurer <br />Hesson. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved that the <br />minutes be accepted as read. Seconded <br />by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDEi~CE <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that the corres- <br />pondence be accepted and brought up <br />under the proper heading. Seconded <br />by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Dhieux asked that attention <br />be brought to Parks & Rec. and discussion <br />be held later. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />LETTER TO STEINBAUGHS <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak suggested that Council <br />instruct Mr. Wurl to write a letter to <br />Steinbaughs stating their appreciation <br />for the service the store had done for <br />the City. <br />Councilman Berry suggested that it be <br />done by Proclamation. Mayor Waschak <br />agreed and asked Mr. Wurl to write the <br />letter. <br /> <br />CAC MEETING <br /> <br />A meeting with C.A.C. was scheduled for <br />October 7, 1974, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />JOB DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />A question was brought up as to the <br />progress on job descriptions. Mr. <br />Wurl stated that they weren't done yet. <br /> <br />COUNCIL PRIORITIES <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that this was placed on <br />the agenda to be thought about as the <br />budget is now being worked on for 1975. <br />It was decided that a short discussion <br />before the budget meeting on September <br />18, 1974 would be used to discuss priorities. <br /> <br />GENERAL POLICY STATEMENT <br /> <br />Councilwoman Scholl asked that the General <br />Policy Statement be publicized. <br />Councilwoman Dhieux stated that she would <br />like to that the City staff and Mr. Wurl <br />for putting the booklet together. <br />
