REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 17, 1974 Mayor Waschak called the me~eting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following Councilmembers present: Domenico, Berry, Scholl, Dhieux, DelPizzo and DiCarlo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Morris, City Engineer White, and City Clerk Santilli. Absent: City Treasurer Hesson. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Councilwoman Scholl moved that the minutes be accepted as read. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. CORRESPONDEi~CE Councilman Berry moved that the corres- pondence be accepted and brought up under the proper heading. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. Councilwoman Dhieux asked that attention be brought to Parks & Rec. and discussion be held later. COUNCIL ITEMS LETTER TO STEINBAUGHS Mayor Waschak suggested that Council instruct Mr. Wurl to write a letter to Steinbaughs stating their appreciation for the service the store had done for the City. Councilman Berry suggested that it be done by Proclamation. Mayor Waschak agreed and asked Mr. Wurl to write the letter. CAC MEETING A meeting with C.A.C. was scheduled for October 7, 1974, at 7:30 P.M. JOB DESCRIPTION A question was brought up as to the progress on job descriptions. Mr. Wurl stated that they weren't done yet. COUNCIL PRIORITIES Mr. Wurl stated that this was placed on the agenda to be thought about as the budget is now being worked on for 1975. It was decided that a short discussion before the budget meeting on September 18, 1974 would be used to discuss priorities. GENERAL POLICY STATEMENT Councilwoman Scholl asked that the General Policy Statement be publicized. Councilwoman Dhieux stated that she would like to that the City staff and Mr. Wurl for putting the booklet together.
