REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JUNE 10, 1974 Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following Council members present. Domenico, Berry, Dhieux, DelPizzo, and DiCarlo. Absent was Councilwoman Scholl. Others present were: City Administra- tor Wur1, City Attorney Morris, City Clerk Santilli, City Treasurer Hesson. CORRESPONDENCE Councilman Berry asked for a correction to the minutes in regards to annexation dis- cussion. He stated that the annexation should economically extend no further then the boundary of the comprehensive plan instead of at the top of the hill as stated in the minutes. After the correction Mayor Waschak and the Council approved the minutes. Councilman Berry moved that the corres- pondence be accepted and brought up under the proper heading. Seconded by Council- man DiCarlo. Motion carried. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES COUNCIL ITEMS MAYHOFFER PROPERTY Mayor Waschak stated that he had received a call from Mrs. Mayhoffer in regards to the land settlement which the sewer plant is built on. Attorney Morris stated that he has been working on the matter. Mayor Waschak also stated that there was a question brought up about the Mayhoffer ditches. Mr. White stated that the con- tractor was going to repair the ditches. Councilwoman Dhieux asked if there was anything that could be done with Mrs. May- hoffers ditches that are eroding the City property. Mr. Wur1 stated that on South Street the City only has a 10' right of way and the ditch is not in that 10' also, it is up to the owner of the property the ditch runs through to work out any problems they might have. Mayor Waschak asked if there was anything that could be done with the field North of Louisville which is full of weeds. Mr. Wur1 is to check into the situation. LHA RESIGNATION Mr. Wur1 read a letter of resignation from Mr. Domenico on the LHA Board. Councilman ~erry moved that Mr. Domenicos' resignation
