<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />JUNE 10, 1974 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following <br />Council members present. Domenico, Berry, Dhieux, DelPizzo, and DiCarlo. <br />Absent was Councilwoman Scholl. Others present were: City Administra- <br />tor Wur1, City Attorney Morris, City Clerk Santilli, City Treasurer <br />Hesson. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />Councilman Berry asked for a correction to <br />the minutes in regards to annexation dis- <br />cussion. He stated that the annexation <br />should economically extend no further then <br />the boundary of the comprehensive plan <br />instead of at the top of the hill as stated <br />in the minutes. <br />After the correction Mayor Waschak and the <br />Council approved the minutes. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that the corres- <br />pondence be accepted and brought up under <br />the proper heading. Seconded by Council- <br />man DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />MAYHOFFER PROPERTY <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak stated that he had received <br />a call from Mrs. Mayhoffer in regards to <br />the land settlement which the sewer plant <br />is built on. Attorney Morris stated that <br />he has been working on the matter. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak also stated that there was <br />a question brought up about the Mayhoffer <br />ditches. Mr. White stated that the con- <br />tractor was going to repair the ditches. <br />Councilwoman Dhieux asked if there was <br />anything that could be done with Mrs. May- <br />hoffers ditches that are eroding the <br />City property. Mr. Wur1 stated that on <br />South Street the City only has a 10' right <br />of way and the ditch is not in that 10' <br />also, it is up to the owner of the property <br />the ditch runs through to work out any <br />problems they might have. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak asked if there was anything <br />that could be done with the field North <br />of Louisville which is full of weeds. Mr. <br />Wur1 is to check into the situation. <br /> <br />LHA RESIGNATION <br /> <br />Mr. Wur1 read a letter of resignation from <br />Mr. Domenico on the LHA Board. Councilman <br />~erry moved that Mr. Domenicos' resignation <br />
