T-tEGULAR HEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL FEBRUARY 19,197/:- The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.H. by Mayor Waschak. Council member present were, Domenico, Berry, Scholl, Dhieux, and DiCarlo. Absent, Councilman DelPizzo and City Treasurer Besson. Other present were City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Horris and City Clerk Santilli ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Councilman Rerry stated that in the minutes of the last meeting a state- ment regarding the Ross Lawsuit was incorrect and he asked that it be corrected as he did not recommend that the City pay damages caused by a sewage block. Councilman DiCarlo and Councilwoman Scholl asked that their vote on the acceptance of bills be corrected to no. After corrections were made ~1ayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes. COP-RESPONDENCE Mr. Hurl stated th2t the City received a letter from Boulder County Planning stating they are reviewin~ our master plan and will reply. A letter was received from Mrs. Eugenia Carver stating she was in agreement with Mr. Scholl In reference to his letter about the community. Mr. Wurl read a letter from Mrs. Forbis in regards to CAC. They will have nominations for a new Chairperson at their next meeting. Councilman Berry moved that the corres- pondence be accented. Seconded by Councilman Domentco. Motion carried. STREET NAHES Hr. 'Hurl stated that Councilman Del- Pizzo called him and asked about the possibility of changing some street names. The two streets in question were Lafavette Street and Garfield St. in the Parkwood Division. CONS0RTIUM~EPPESENTATIVE Councilman DiCarlo moved that Council- woman Scholl be deisgnaterl. as Louisvilles representative. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Hotion carried. Councilman DiCarlo asked about having an alternate on the committee. Councilwoman Dhieux was asked to serve as alternate. Coun- cilman Berry moved that Councilwoman Dhieux be designated as alternate. Se- conded by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried.
