Absent Councilwoman Scholl and City Clerk <br />McNul ty . <br /> <br />Minutes of February 6th approved as presented. <br /> <br />LIBRARY REQUEST <br /> <br />WOOD BROS. ANNEX- <br />ATION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 6 <br />SERIES 1973 <br /> <br />WHEELER PROPOSAL <br />LAFAYETTE MAYOR <br />AND COUNCIL <br /> <br />CLEAN UP CAMPAIGN <br /> <br />AJAX PAY ESTIMATE <br /> <br />'i)UNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />Letter from Library Board requesting Nancy King be appointed to <br />Library Board for a five (5) year term commencing January 1973 <br />to 1978. Councilman Jensen moved that Nancy King be appointed to <br />the Library Boa.rd for a five year term. Seconded by Councilman <br />Deborski. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />Library Board requested budgeted money in the amount of $5,483.00. <br />Mr. Wurl recomn~ded that the requested amount be transferred from <br />the Revenue ShllLring Account. Councilman Jensen moved that $ 5,483.00 <br />be transferred from Revenue Sharing Trust Account to Library Fund. <br />Seconded by Councilman Donovan. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Minutes of Plannil1g Commission's public hearing presented to <br />CounciL Counc~ilman Jensen inquired if Wood Brothers had pre- <br />sented water r:lghts as set forth in our policy. City Adminis- <br />trator Wurl ad'17ised they will and placed letter on file with <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br />Resolution 6-1973 Series - Wood Brothers Annexation was submitted <br />for approval and City Attorney was requested to prepare the annex- <br />ation ordinance for consideration at the next meeting. <br />Councilman Jensen moved that Resolution #6, Series 1973 be <br />accepted. Seconded by Councilman Donovan. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Requested to be tabled. <br /> <br />Councilman DOl1ovan suggested that the dates of the clean-up <br />campaign be cllanged from April 14th and 21st to April 7th and <br />April 14th; also requested an approved budget for this project <br />or approximat1ely $250 to $300 to be used for dump fees and gas. <br />Councilman DO'nov,an moved that new dates for the clean-up campaign <br />be established and that an amount not to exceed $300 be set aside <br />for the campaign. Seconded by Councilman Deborski. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl presented bill in the amount of $9,346.02 approved by <br />Duane Johnson, of Ken Bruns and Associates. Councilman Donovan <br />moved to pay the: estimate in the amount of $9,364.02. Seconded <br />by Councilman. Deborski. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman JE~nsen stated we should get router for sewer lines. <br />Mr. Wurl stated this had been discussed two meetings ago and <br />we are still trying to obtain quotes. <br />
