<br />COUNCIL lvlEETING <br /> <br />MARCH 2, 1911 <br /> <br />Regualr meeting called to order by Mayor Lawrence Caranci. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL: Folieving were present Tomeo, King, Berry, t1udrock, <br />Dbndelinger and Perrella. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE: None <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES: <br />Minutes accepted as presented. <br /> <br />WILLIAM WINDSOR: <br /> <br />In regards to property line on South Street. Discussion <br />of houses on SouthhStreet being on City property. <br />Requested statement from Council deeding the Ii feet to <br />the property owners therefore making it poss:.ble to <br />obtain clear title to property. Berry stated it would <br />be the duty of the property owners to obtain actual in- <br />formation to clear property. Mr. Windsor to obtain in- <br />formation and Attorney to take care of it. Mr Windsor <br />to pa,V attorney's fees. Attorney Morris to clear pro- <br />perty. <br /> <br />POLICE COMMISSION: <br />Councilman Mudrock requested that it be publiShed in <br />newspaper about t.he'. snow removal after 24 hours snow <br />stops falling. Flrst offense - warning ticket, second <br />offense fine of five dollars. <br /> <br />ITEMS NOT ON AGENDS: <br />Tony DelPizzo complained of tr'ash from construction <br />blowing allover the area also complained of not being <br />able to get through alley to his house with his car. <br />Mr. Sariks to take care of the matter. <br />Motion by Perrella seconded by Dondelinger if trash is <br />not cleaned up in two weeks City to do it and charge <br />Construction Co. Motion carried. Max Sanks to ~OQk at <br />alley and take care of the matter. <br /> <br />Delinquent water .accounts, clerk to send statement giving <br />15 days to pay in full or turn water off. Motion by <br />Dondelinger seconded by Mudrock to shut off deliquent ~ter <br />if not paid within 15 days. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Common Service Board could not hold meeting due to the fact <br />that they did not have a quorum. Those nresent discussed <br />radiq ditpatching for Police and Firemen~ City Administrator <br />and Chief of C. D. to come up with proposal. It was stated <br />that the sheriffs office would request this ')roposal in due <br />time. <br /> <br />GITY ADMINISTRATOR REpoRT: <br />City has received a check for $177.12 from Mountain Video <br />to cover the charges pablishing the Ordinance. <br />Bids on tractor: New Ford (trade in) $3077. without blade. <br />John Deere used one 1965, Tractor $1800., MOrTer 485.... <br />Sickle 455. total $2740. trade in 750. total to ~ity ~1,990. <br />
