Donald A. Dinesl (Kirchner, Moore & Company) presented rate schedules
and proposals based on $1761000 on General Obligation water bonds to
each of the councilmenl MaxI the Mayor and the press. He also sugges1ied
that perhaps it would be better to have one man handle the bondsl
and that his Company only handled Municipal Bonds.

2. Mr. Doug Krahl (Boet'tcher & Co.) also gave rate and schedules and pro-
posals ... to all concerned based on $2501000 G.O. Bonds. Also, stated
he had handled our 1955 and 1966 Bonds in previous years and was dealing
wi th Lyonsl Berthoud, and Estes Park in saIne capacity. He recommended
having a neeting with the Administrative Staff and the Engineer be-
fore the Bond issue is settled to work out a feasible plan for all con-
cerned. The question of Public Sale of bonds to local citizens was
raised. Mr. Krahl stated this is ususally done through the local bank
and sold in blocks of $51000 or less depending on the number of citizens
wishing to purchase same.

Mayor Caranci thanked both gentlemen and stated we would be in touch
wi th them as soon as a decisi on was made.

3. Annexation of Hi-Way 42, Easement through Clyncke property and pay-
ment ot wheat crop damage; and Church Property (Land Title) were
tabled until the adjourned meeting on 23 August 19711 since Paul
MOITis was unable to be at the meeting.

4. Jack Varra reported that he is now one of the owners of the Trailer
Park and was having difficulty filling same; due to the fact that
children of school age were not allowed. He had figures from the
County Assessor's Office showing that Trailer Owners did contribute
to property tax as much as a homeowner, as well as theowner of the
Trailer Park. He requested that the present contract be rescinded in
part to allow children of school age to reside in the Trailer Park.
Councilman Dondelinger raised the question of over-crowding our Schools
by allowing additional children in the Trailer Park along with the
children that will be coming into Cottonwood Manor apartments ard
other housing developments that are anticipated in the future.
Elmer Chasar remarked that it would be up to the Boulder RE 2 District
to expand our schools to take care of the situation, stating that
we as taxpayers had helPed pay for Boulder's expansionl which has been
tar greater.
