MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING MARCH 3, 1910 Meeting called to order by Mayor Pro tem A. R. Perrella. Roll Call follOloling were pre sent Tomeo, Koprowski, Berry, Mudrock Absent Mayor Caranci and Dondelinger. Minutes read and approved as read. Correspondence: 1. Urbain Drainage and FOlld Control District. 2. Disaster Coordinator re reimbursement for flood loss May 19, 1967. 3. Coughlin and Co. Moved by Mudrock seconded by Berry correspondence be accepted, placed on file a nd brought up under proper heading of business. Motion carried. Street Oommittee: Report by Councilman Perrella No report because of illines of members. Committee to meet to meet March 7th at 9:00 O'clock A. M. Police Committee: Report by Councilman Mudrock Mudrock read letter from William Chandler parising Officer Hines and the Police Department. Water Committee Report: By Councilman Berry Berry stated that the report from Bruns was not ready but would be not later then Wednesday or Thursday of this week. Planning Committee: No report by Chairman but Perrella state that BSES Biology requested opinion on their plan to locate on hill. Planning Commission would recommend approval of project. No final action at this time since it must go to the County first. McCaslin Blvd. retained as part of the overall County road plan. No change of plan from County line on South to Baseline Road. Items not on Agenda: 1. Officer Hines reported on Teen Club south of Vity Hall. Asked if Louisville Youth Center name could be used? Tentatively O. K. Chuck Scarpell appeared as representing the students and outlined rules and regulations of organization, was requested to make a written re80rt on rules and regulations and list nan-es of chaperones for information of ouncil. 2. Administrator Jensen reported Crane SUppl'T Co. having St. Patricks party on r1arch 13 and 14th Council is invited to attend. 3.Water tap fees discussed, matter continued until wo~k session for re- commen:elations of changes.
