<br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />MARCH 3, 1910 <br /> <br />Meeting called to order by Mayor Pro tem A. R. Perrella. <br /> <br />Roll Call follOloling were pre sent Tomeo, Koprowski, Berry, Mudrock Absent <br />Mayor Caranci and Dondelinger. <br /> <br />Minutes read and approved as read. <br /> <br />Correspondence: <br /> <br />1. Urbain Drainage and FOlld Control District. <br /> <br />2. Disaster Coordinator re reimbursement for flood loss May 19, 1967. <br />3. Coughlin and Co. <br /> <br />Moved by Mudrock seconded by Berry correspondence be accepted, placed on file <br />a nd brought up under proper heading of business. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Street Oommittee: Report by Councilman Perrella <br /> <br />No report because of illines of members. Committee to meet to meet March <br />7th at 9:00 O'clock A. M. <br /> <br />Police Committee: Report by Councilman Mudrock <br /> <br />Mudrock read letter from William Chandler parising Officer Hines and the <br />Police Department. <br /> <br />Water Committee Report: By Councilman Berry <br /> <br />Berry stated that the report from Bruns was not ready but would be not <br />later then Wednesday or Thursday of this week. <br /> <br />Planning Committee: <br /> <br />No report by Chairman but Perrella state that BSES Biology requested opinion <br />on their plan to locate on hill. <br />Planning Commission would recommend approval of project. No final action at this <br />time since it must go to the County first. <br />McCaslin Blvd. retained as part of the overall County road plan. No change of plan <br />from County line on South to Baseline Road. <br /> <br />Items not on Agenda: <br /> <br />1. Officer Hines reported on Teen Club south of Vity Hall. Asked if <br />Louisville Youth Center name could be used? Tentatively O. K. <br />Chuck Scarpell appeared as representing the students and outlined <br />rules and regulations of organization, was requested to make a written re80rt <br />on rules and regulations and list nan-es of chaperones for information of ouncil. <br /> <br />2. Administrator Jensen reported Crane SUppl'T Co. having St. Patricks party <br />on r1arch 13 and 14th Council is invited to attend. <br /> <br />3.Water tap fees discussed, matter continued until wo~k session for re- <br />commen:elations of changes. <br />
