<br /> ..,. <br /> THE CITY OF LOUISVILE <br /> FEBRUARY 5, 1991 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular session <br /> in the Council Chambers, 749 Main street, Louisville, Colorado. <br /> Mayor Herman Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br /> the following persons were present: <br /> Council Members: Margaret Hornbostel, Tom Davidson <br /> Marie Szymanski, Randy Carnival <br /> Kevin Howard <br /> Staff Present: Annette Brand, City Administrator <br /> Nelda Mohr, Director of Library <br /> Tom Phare, Dir. of Public Works <br /> John Franklin, Dir. of Comm. Dev. <br /> steve Baysinger, Dir. of Parks & Rec. <br /> Also Present: Susan Griffiths, City Attorney <br /> Donna Cummings, City Clerk <br /> Wm. Hesson, City Treasurer <br /> Absent: Councilman John Sackett <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Mayor Fauson called for changes to the agenda. <br /> Brand stated she had an addition under 5I, this would concern a <br /> facilitator for the Futures Conference. <br /> Howard suggested because of the number of people present that a <br /> time limit be placed on how long each person could speak. <br /> Mayor Fauson moved to approve the Agenda as amended, seconded by <br /> Carnival. All in favor. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Mayor Fauson called for changes to the Consent Calendar. <br /> Hornbostel asked that item 3D be placed under regular business. <br /> Mayor Fauson moved to approve the Consent Calendar as amended, <br /> seconded Carnival.
