Planning <br /> Director Wood stated in accordance to the Colorado State Statutes. <br /> Mayor Sisk noted the applicant does not live on the property. Planning Director <br /> Wood confirmed the applicant does not reside on the property, but is planning to <br /> renovate the home. <br /> Mayor Sisk requested public comment and hearing none, closed the public <br /> hearing. <br /> MOTION: Mayor Pro Tem Brown moved for the approval of Ordinance No. 1485, <br /> Series 2006, seconded by Council member Marsella. Roll call vote was taken. <br /> The motion carried by a vote of 7-0. <br /> ORDINANCE No. 1486, SERIES 2006 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> CHAPTER 2.32 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE TO INCREASE THE <br /> SALARY OF THE PRESIDING MUNICIPAL JUDGE - 2nd reading - public <br /> hearing (advertised Daily Camera 2/11/06) <br /> Mayor Sisk requested a City Attorney introduction. <br /> City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1486, Series 2006. <br /> Mayor Sisk requested a Staff presentation. <br /> Deputy City Manager Boyd explained Municipal Judge, Bruce Joss was <br /> appointed to office in January, 2002, and was paid a salary of $1 ,400/month. He <br /> was reappointed in 2004 and the salary was increased to $1 ,500/month. <br /> Approval of Ordinance No. 1486, Series 2006 would increase the judge's salary <br /> to $1 ,550/month in 2006 and to $1 ,600/month in 2007. <br /> Mayor Sisk opened the public hearing and requested public comment, and <br /> hearing none, closed the public hearing. <br /> MOTION: Council member Marsella moved for approval of Ordinance No. 1486, <br /> Series 2006, seconded by Council member Clabots. Roll call vote was taken. <br /> The motion carried by a vote of 7-0. <br /> RESOLUTION No.7, SERIES 2006 - A RESOLUTION SETTING THE <br /> COMPENSATION OF THE DEPUTY MUNICIPAL JUDGE <br /> Mayor Sisk requested a Staff presentation. <br />
