The Commission
continues to believe that the proposed boundaries reflect the goals and
objectives as outlined in the City's Comprehensive Plan, as well as being prudent
and reasonable.
City Staff has met with Boulder County relative to an intergovernmental
agreement regarding TIF financing for urban renewal projects. The proposed
agreement has a five-year provision with respect to those funds.
The Commission sent a letter to the Louisville Fire Protection Association in
response to their comments at the last public meeting. Clarification was made on
district boundaries and on the mill levy.
The Commission passed new bylaws compliant to the Louisville Home Rule
Charter and is revising the urban renewal plan.
