LIBRARY, MUSEUM & ARTS NEWS <br />U <br />LIBRARY <br />Library Inventory Closure <br />The Library will be closed on Monday, Mar. 13 and <br />Tuesday, Mar.14 for inventory. Book drops will be open <br />and patrons can place holds using the online catalog for <br />pick-up when the library reopens. Due dates and hold <br />pick-up dates will be extended through the closure. <br />StoryWalk®: Extra Yarn <br />Pages from the book "Extra Yarn" will be displayed along <br />the paved path in Community Park. Hot chocolate will <br />be provided on Tuesday, March 14 from 4-5 PM in the <br />shelter. Take -and -Make crafts will be available for the <br />first 50 kids. The StoryWalk® will stay up through March <br />31. Visit anytime the park is open. <br />First Friday at the Library <br />March 3, April 7, May 5 1951 Spruce Street <br />The Coal Creek Gallery at the Louisville Public Library is <br />a community gathering space that celebrates inclusivity <br />and diversity by connecting the community to the arts <br />through engaging, accessible, and enriching displays, <br />programs, and events. We invite the community to join <br />us for these after-hours, open -house events, fun for <br />the whole family! <br />Books in Bloom: Sponsored by Comfort Dental Louisville <br />The Library is delighted to invite our community to <br />explore our Books in Bloom exhibit, an immersive <br />experience, including a scavenger hunt to find the <br />Gnerdy Gnome, a Spring Reading Challenge, and <br />chances to win local business gift cards every time you <br />visit.
