King Soopers 142 <br />Louisville, CO <br />• Under total future 2026 and 2045 traffic conditions with development of the site, the signalized <br />intersections within the study area would continue to operate at acceptable overall LOS "D" or <br />better during the weekday peak hours in all total future scenarios with the exception of the Dillon <br />Rd & McCaslin Blvd intersection which would operate at LOS "E" during the weekday PM peak <br />hour for total future 2026 and 2045 conditions. The unsignalized intersection movements in the <br />study area would operate at acceptable LOS "D" or better during the weekday peak hours in all <br />future scenarios. <br />• Under total future 2026 and 2045 traffic conditions with development of the site, all queues are <br />expected to be contained within their effective storage with the exception of the eastbound left turn <br />lane at the intersection of Centennial Pkwy & McCaslin Blvd which would exceed the available <br />storage during all total future scenarios. <br />Recommendations <br />• It is recommended that the Applicant provide access consistent with the site plan contained herein. <br />• It is recommended that the signal timings at Dillon Rd & McCaslin Blvd be optimized once the <br />subject site is operational to improve overall operations of the intersection including better LOS and <br />accommodate anticipated queues. <br />• It is recommended that the eastbound left turn lane at Centennial Pkwy & McCaslin Blvd be <br />extended to accommodate the queue. <br />Galloway & Company, Inc. <br />6 <br />
