Department of Land Management: Remove prairie dogs humanely prior to <br /> and during construction. Control noxious weeds on the property as soon as <br /> possible. <br /> Response: Upon applicant closing on the purchase of the subject property <br /> and pending acceptable weather conditions any prairie dog colonies will be <br /> removed and noxious weeds will be controlled <br /> 2. Planning Department: Cover sheet: Correct the spelling of "Colorado" in <br /> Note 2 of the General Notes. Also, place a space between "signs located" <br /> found in Note 3A of the General Notes. <br /> Response: Noted items have been corrected as well as correction of mis- <br /> spelling of "amended" in Note 3. <br /> 3. Parking provided does not meet the minimal requirements of2.0 per 1,000. <br /> Proposed parking ratios may limit the ability of this building to function <br /> beyond the scope of warehouse and light assembly. On street parking may not <br /> be utilized to meet your off-street parking requirement. Please add a note to <br /> the cover sheet which states, "On street parking will not be utilized to meet <br /> the parking requirements of the project". <br /> Response: As noted on the Project Summary the parking provided is 249 <br /> spaces which equates to a parking ratio of 1. 91 spaces per 1,000 SF.
