Review of Each User's Wastewater Permit Charge. The <br /> City may periodically review the total cost of operation and <br /> maintenance of the POTW as well as each user's discharge and will <br /> revise fees as necessary to assure equity and sufficient funds to <br /> adequately operate and maintain the POTW. If an industrial user has <br /> completed in-plant modifications which would change that user's <br /> discharge, the user can present to the City such factual information, <br /> and the City shall determine if the user's fees are to be changed. <br /> D. Classification of Cr.i tical Industries. Cri tical <br /> industries may be divided into various classifications, including but <br /> not limited to significant contributors and potential contributors, <br /> and the fees within such classifications may reflect the differing <br /> costs to the Ci t Y . A sampling schedule for critical industries shall <br /> be adopted by the City and distributed with the permit. <br /> E. Additional Fees and ~:harges which t,he City may Levy. <br /> Additional Fees may be set by City Council as follows: <br /> (1) Fees for reimbursement of costs of setting up <br /> and operating the City's Pretreatment Program. <br /> ( 2 ) Fees for monitoring, inspections and surveil- <br /> lance procedures. <br /> (3) Fees for reviewing accidental discharge <br /> procedures and constructj.on. <br /> (4 ) Fees for permit applications. <br /> ( 5 ) Fees for filing appeals. <br /> ( 6 ) Fees for consistent removal by the Ci ty, of <br /> pollutants otherwise subject to Federal Pretreat- <br /> ment Standards. <br /> ( 7 ) Other fees as the City may deem necessary to <br /> carry out the requirements contained herein. <br /> 13.32.120 Specific Pollutant Limitations <br /> Every user within the Cit.y must meet the standards of the <br /> City with respect for maximum concentration for the following <br /> pollutants: <br /> Pollutant/Pollutant Property Maximum Concentration in mg/l <br /> (Composite Sample) <br /> Arsenic 0.25000 <br /> Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) 350.00000 <br /> Boron 3.75000 <br /> Cadmium 0.00200 <br /> Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) 350.00000 <br /> Chlorinated hydrocarbons 0.50000 <br /> Chlorine demand 25.00000 <br /> Chromium (hexavalent) 0.12500 <br /> Chromium (trivalent) 0.25000 <br /> Copper 0.02500 <br /> Cyanide (amendable to chlorination) 0.02500 <br /> -16- <br />
